KloudLearn is excited to announce enhancements to its Analytics and Reporting module.

Our latest release introduces powerful pre-built reports and an interactive dashboard that will help you track and improve the effectiveness of your training programme. Analyze training performance at the Individual User Level, Group Level, and Course Level with an array of built-in reports and an intuitive dashboard. Make enhancements to your organizational training programme based on real-time information and rich visual data.

Course Report

The Course Report provides Administrators an understanding of how learners engage with their training courses.  This report allows you to see a breakdown of course-specific statistic. You can click on individual courses to drill down on the following important metrics:

  • Course Enrolment
  • Course Assignments
  • Course Completion
  • Course Progress

 How Administrators can access the Course Report?

To access the Course Report

  • Navigate to Analytics > Course Reports> Analytics
  • Click on the Analytics option to view The Course Report
  • In this report, you can analyze Individual Course Metrics across- week, month, and custom date ranges.
  • Utilize the dynamic filter drop down to monitor critical Training course KPI’s like- Time Spent, Enrollment, Course Completion, and more.
  • The Course report displays a graph and a timeline of the learning objects associated with the course.
  • Click on Download CSV to download the data as an Excel, or CSV document.

User Report

The User Report measures training progress of individual learners across the organization.

This Report helps Administrators track learner progress across key metrics like:

  • Time spent
  • Course Completion
  • User Progress
  • Score

To access the User Report

  • Navigate to Analytics  > User Reports> Analytics
  • Click on the User report to analyze Individual Learner Metrics across- week, month, and custom date ranges.
  • Measure learner performance by analyzing critical training metrics like – Assigned Courses, Enrolled Courses, Time Spent, Course Completions and more.
  • The User report displays a graph and a timeline for individual learners training performance.
  • Click on Download CSV to download the data as an Excel, or CSV document.

Dashboard

A new interactive dashboard is available in the Dashboards area of your platform.

KloudLearn’s dashboard utilizes dynamic filters and visually appealing graphs to help Administrators effortlessly analyze training data across organizational groups and training courses.

How Administrators can access the Dashboard?

  • Navigate to the KloudLearn toolbar > Dashboard

Course Summary

  • Navigate to the KloudLearn toolbar > Dashboard > Course Summary

Click on the Course Summary dashboard tab to have an overview of Course performance grouped at the Organization Level, Group Level and User Level.

Click on Individual course tabs to drill down and measure performance at the specific Course Level.

User Summary

  • Navigate to the KloudLearn toolbar > Dashboard> User Summary

Click on the User Summary dashboard tab to have a high-level overview of Learner performance grouped at the Organization Level, Group Level and User Level.

Click on an individual user tab to analyze and track all the training information related to a particular user.

How Learners can access the Dashboard?

Learners have access to their dashboard which allows them to view what courses they have access to and how they are progressing across their training curriculum.

As a Learner, navigate to the KloudLearn toolbar > Dashboard

Utilize the dynamic filters to have an overview of important training metrics like- Time Spent, Courses Assigned, Completion Count, Delayed Count and more
