The next time the learner searches for a digital marketing course, the system returns a course with more information and Instagram assessments.

These data should be made available for the organization in its analytical report. Using these reports, the content management team can constantly evolve the courses. The organization can also collect information about the learner through surveys, feedback forms, polls, and other data like learner engagement and content use.

Identify and Eliminate Knowledge Gaps

Data is a powerful tool. There are 2.5 quintillion data bytes generated per day per person. The organization should pull all the available data from the LMS regarding individual employees, convert it into valuable visualizations (that will be easy to read for others), and finally identify its strengths and weaknesses.
